Not worth it

I had buyed the system and this app doesnt work when I try log in it says password fail even when I put it correctly this app is useless

Once again, still no push notifications! False advertising! Cmon guys, do something to stand out from the competitors...

This latest update on 2/19/2016 has ruined the whole app. Now its completely useless!

Push notifications do not work, and the app is slow.

Just installed the whole system and push notifications wont turn on. The app is slow and I almost always have to sign in to my device when I want to look at anything. App is always shutting down on its own. Not liking this app at all. Needs major improvements. I really like my camera system but if this continues might just look for something different. I need to be able to watch when Im not at home.

I did the recent update and now it wont connect at all. Fix all the bugs before you do yet another update. Thanks in advance.

After my home was broken into, I immediately went out and purchased a Nightowl security system. Installed everything, only to be highly disappointed that I have to look for myself to see if anything is going on at my house. Horrible app

Why in the world would you advertise your product as having such great mobile support and there are no functioning push notifications in this app. Correct this or you will not be having a return customer

I am jut buy your product and I can log in . Fix that problem please is very necessary for May family safe

Its incredible to me that a company thats been open for nearly 7 years cannot afford a competent programmer to write there software. Inconceivable.

Set up was difficult and push notification not working. Other then that the system is great. Can view cameras anywhere. Just please fix push notifications and I will give 5 stars

This app barely ever works, even just for viewing the cameras... Let alone any features... Worst app I have ever used!

The camera setup is fine if you dont want to use your mobile device with it. This app is pretty much worthless.

First install was terrible. What fixed most of my problems was using the IP setup instead of the scan. Then to fix notifications I just installed deleted then reinstalled. That was it. Everything worked.

Has nothing but problems.... Wish they would fix it!!! Doesnt steam audio witch I need it to do!!! Wish they would fix this app its a nice set up but the videos always freeze I have to always restart the app I need audio!!

Need hire somebody that really knows about apps to fix it. TRASH.

Keeps getting worse. At least before I could use other apps instead of the incompetent vendor. I want a refund because of false advertising. Nothing works no push, now now viewing, no remote control of settings. These items worked 8 years ago now they cant figure them out.

Bought the system from Amazon and worked perfectly for a month. Now I cant access cameras through the app. It says "cannot connect to device" smh.

I upgraded my old nightowl system to this new HD system... Very disappointed. Setup was easier then the earlier one but this one is EXTREMELY slow. It disconnects all the times and just locks up. That spinning wheel drives me crazy.... Always have to shut the program down.... Restart it and the pray it works. Terrible program.
