The app was working great for the last 6 months, until April 19, 2016. Seems like everyone is having the same problem around the same time. My phone and iPad will not connect now even while in the house....

I did the latest update and the most important features , the push notifications does not work at all. At least before they worked sometimes. So disappointed in your company.

Just bought night owl hd works great when Im home this app does not work!!!! Needs to be fixed before I have to take my system back to the store!

Ok so anyone having trouble with connecting via iPhone or iPad, when entering your password, only enter the first 8 letters/numbers. I was having a major problem connecting until I spoke to tech-support and they helped me immensely! The app only recognizes eight characters in the password regardless of how long your password is. Everything is up and running fine now!

I installed my system and couldnt believe how simple the process was. It walked me through the process, providing a bar code on screen for my cell phone to scan. Once it did it, I logged in and instantly had vision to my system via the app! But wait....a few months later, no more ability to remote into the system. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!

Just installed it yesterday and so far so good. I havent figured the push notifications out yet but Im not going to jump to any conclusions just yet. Cameras look very clear. One of my cameras night vision is going on and off. I dont like that but Im going to take it back today it may have been a defective one. App for iPhone 6s Plus is working good also. Like I said earlier besides the push notifications. Im giving it 3 and a half stars but since thats not a option Ill give it 4.
